Jeanine Scaccio - Chapter President
Jeanine Scaccio is employed as a Client Relations Coordinator at the international law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., where her responsibilities include business development and event planning for the Firm’s 140-attorney New York office. Before being promoted to her current position, she worked as a legal secretary with Fulbright and two other prominent law firms. She was also employed as an Executive Secretary at several motion picture and media firms.
Jeanine recently completed the 2006-2007 term as President of the New York City Chapter, for which she received her second Distinguished President award for increased membership. She previously served from 2005 to 2006 as New York State Division Treasurer, and as New York City Chapter President from 2003-2005. Prior to holding this position, she served two terms as the chapter's Corresponding Secretary.
In taking on these positions within the New York City Chapter and the New York State Division of IAAP, Jeanine has been able to develop her management, public speaking and marketing skills, and is quite fond of noting that she would not have been promoted to her current position had it not been for her affiliation with IAAP. She is responsible for the creation of the Chapter's newsletter Admins in the Apple and the Chapter web site.
Jeanine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Marymount Manhattan College and a graduate certificate in Professional and Technical Communications from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
